Peter F. DiGiammarino

Mr. DiGiammarino is a senior executive with more than 30 years of successful experience leading business application software product and professional services firms that target niche public and private markets in North America. He currently serves as chairman of the board for Compusearch, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group that sells enterprise software to government organizations that spend, grant, and move money; and of Command Information, a venture of The Carlyle Group, Novak Biddle, and Paladin Capital Group, which provides network services and IPv6 products and services to government agencies and telecommunications carriers. 

Cliff Kalb

Senior Director, Strategic Business Analysis in Worldwide Human Health Marketing at Merck & Co. Chairman of the Conference Board Council on Competitive Analysis. He is also past president of the Board of Directors of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), and past president of the Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence and Research Group (PBIRG).

Barry Mennen, MD, FAAP, CMPP

Dr. Mennen has more than two decades of experience in the pharma communications and consulting industries, serving as head of Medical and Scientific Services and Chief Scientific Officer at three world leading agencies for the medical/scientific output from both medical communications, strategic issues and creating marketing strategies. He has served on ad boards, managed market research with managed care decision makers & stakeholders, KOL ad boards, reside on boards that were strictly managed care pharmacy. Dr. Mennen also managed a group of medical professionals, providing for the needs of more than 1000 employees worldwide in medical education, continuing medical education, direct-to-consumer materials, public relations, and advertising. Dr. Mennen’s knowledge spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including diabetes, cardiovascular, men’s health, depression, pain management, bipolar disorder, renal disease, obesity, COPD, asthma, dermatology, epilepsy, women’s health, and hormone replacement therapy.

Joe Migliara

Mr. Migliara serves on the Board of Directors of Digene Corporation, XL Health Corporation, Adfluence Corp., and VRF Holdings. He is President North American Operations of NFO World Group, the largest custom market research group in North America, and a subsidiary of Taylor Nelson Sofres [TNS], UK.

Rich Napoli

Mr. Napoli is a 35-year veteran of the software and IT industry. For most of his career, he led product development teams for four venture-backed software companies, helping them to grow and eventually to be sold to firms including Oracle and State Street. In the early 2000s, Rich served for five years as a divisional CIO for State Street, a global institutional bank. While there, he led an organization of over 400 to help build a new asset management outsourcing business and technology platform that grew to handle over $3 trillion in assets. Since then, Rich has been the CEO of Fusion Technologies, a $15 million software services firm that he grew and eventually sold to Alliance Consulting. Currently, Rich is the COO of ObjectFrontier (OFS), an outsourced product development firm that helps software-enabled businesses to build and test their commercial software offerings. Rich has doubled their revenues since joining and has created a new enterprise mobility division that builds iPad apps for software firms and large enterprises. Rich has a BS in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and an MBA from New York University.
